Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, so we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper rolls are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location or drop box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
