When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
